We send your single/album to streaming services and tell them to make it live on your specified date.

If the release date you specified is less than 4 weeks in the future, it's possible the single/album won't be live everywhere by your release date. This is due to streaming services' internal review processes and other possible delays on their end. Nothing we can do about that. For future reference, if it's important that your release go live on all services at the same time, you should specify a release date of at least 4-weeks in the future.
